DISTANT SELLING REGULATIONS AND TERMS OF TRADING

Under the terms and conditions of Distant Selling Regulations you have a legal right to a cooling off period of 7 days after purchasing anything from this site. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund within 7 days, only if it is returned to us in unused new condition. Goods must be unopened and unused. However please email us prior to returning any item.


We do not refund postage costs nor do we pay for the return postage to us if you have simply changed your mind about a purchase, and we will not accept any responsibility for parcel returned to us, we advise you to send by recorded or special delivery. If your items arrives damaged we advise you to contact us immediatly, we will require the item back in order to inspect the damage for ourself, so that we can ascertain if it is a design fault or postal damage.

If it is deemed that the item is faulty by design your postage costs to return the item to us will be refunded in full. Please do not allow a third party to taper with or attempt to repair any fault as this will invalidate any guarantee.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of ordering however if there is likely to be a longer delay on dispatch we will contact you and under the terms of distant selling regulations you will be given the opportunity to change you mind and cancel the order.

All goods sent will require a signature upon receipt please ensure you are availble to accept the goods or leave details on the checkout page of an alternative delivery address or a safe place ( at your own risk) where to leave the parcel.

The order will be updated once the goods have been sent, please allow 7 working days for delivery before reporting a item lost in transit.
